Sinolight International Holdings Corporation is China's first central state-owned enterprise to dispatch Technical Intern Trainees to Japan. It enjoys leading domestic and international popularity and brand reputation in foreign labor services. Since 1987, the Overseas Business Department has dispatched more than 20,000 Technical Intern Trainees of dozens of work types including clothing, textiles, construction, elderly care，welding, machine tools, electronics, food, plastic molding, and agriculture to Japan.
